The concept of “The Last House’ is very interesting. Our client defined it as 1. a homeowner’s final home 2. the perfect place to live the rest of your life We all have an idea of what we want our forever home to be, but imagine being an award-winning architect and custom home designer, the possibilities are endless!
The heart of this video is David Small himself. The passion he speaks with is beyond genuine and you know he means every word he says. As a videographer, you always hope to have someone in front of the lens with as much feeling and enthusiasm as David does. This wasn’t scripted, it was a conversation that went on a lot longer than what you see in this video. We had so many great sound bites to use that it became hard to know what to leave out. This is a great problem to have, any video editor will tell you that.
Now at first glance, you may think this house is located in the middle of a forest in the middle of nowhere. David wanted to feel close to nature, almost like he was up at the cottage. Somehow he was able to make that vision come to life in Mississauga! It might explain how they came to find us, as we are a video production company based in the city.
